We are ready to begin the first phase of the patio door replacement. A notice is being mailed out today and hopefully makes it to your mailbox before the Post Office goes on strike. Keep posted to the condo site, updates will be provided throughout the replacement phase. The project will go much smoother and faster with the co-operation of the home owners. Due to the scope of work to replace the door and repair of the opening, the contractor cannot provide a schedule at this time. Feel free to view the notice here. 
Owners may notice that the roofers are plugged into your power outlet for their compressors. Owners should not see a difference in their hydro bill. Most portable compressors use a few kilowatts an hour, costing a dollar or two a day if the compressor is running full time. The condo appreciates your cooperation in this. Thank you!
